Do you have Gluten Free products?

We don't specialize in allergen free products, a few products do not contain gluten in the recipe/ingredients but we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination as these products share moulds and work stations.

How long for shipping? (NO MORE ONLINE SALES, MARKETS ONLY)

As a small part-time team of 1 our processing time can take up to 7 days. Some shoppers get shipping times and processing times mixed up and wonder where their items are after 3 days. Please be patient, good things take time :)

If you are in a rush, you can always DM us on instagram and ask for processing time of certain items if you want to place an order right away.

Processing during mothers day is 1 business day.

Do you send to other provinces? (NO MORE ONLINE SALES, MARKETS ONLY)

Yes, we ship Canada wide except NWT, YT and NT. Shipping to these places is too expensive and results in us making/ shipping product with no profit or even a loss.

 Do you have local pick up?(NO MORE ONLINE SALES, MARKETS ONLY)

Yes, our vegan friendly shop 8cakes is located in East Village downtown. When you order online and choose the pick up option you may pick up your order at their location when we email you that your order is ready. As with all orders, this can take up to 7 business days.

 

Please do not show up at the location without your order being ready.

Please do not call them, they are only a pick up location. 

Pick ups are between 10am and 4pm Wednesdays-Sundays.

 

 Do you offer free shipping? (NO MORE ONLINE SALES, MARKETS ONLY)

We have decided not to do free shipping as shipping rates can vary across our vast nation and can get very costly for the business. 

 

Can we do corporate orders?

Definitely, we can most requests with reason and price. Email us at info@thicchaus.ca with your idea, quantity, timeline etc and we can discuss our options.
